Before you try to learn this trick make sure you master both Weave and Elbow Hooping.
Start with a regular Elbow Hooping in your dominant hand and straighten your hand.
Then, draw the figure 8 with a weave motion.

★ Make sure the hoop stays above your elbow when it’s beside you, and below the elbow when it’s in front of you.
