3 Beat Weave
For the 3 Beat Weave we'll need two Hula Hoops. Hold one hoop in each hand, and with one hand following the other start drawing the figure 8.
Hold the hoop with your dominant hand and stretch both of your arms out to your sides creating a straight line.
While keeping your back straight, bend forward and release the hoop to start rolling on top of the back of your hand.
Hold the hoop in your dominant hand and spread both hands to create a straight line. Bend your back a bit and let the hoop roll from one hand to the other.
