Leg hooping can be frustrating. but don’t give up! The moment you get it right it’s so satisfying.

You can start by hooping around your waist and gently slow the rhythm until the hoop goes down to your hips and then to your thighs. You need to move forward and backward with one/both legs in a steady rhythm, in order to keep the hoop motion.

Although we mentioned light weighted hoops are recommended for this trick all sizes are possible. As all tricks, the bigger the hoop the the slower the motion will get and the easier it’ll be to succeed.
