Wedgie is an easy and beautiful trick every hooper should learn.

Place the hoop on the floor, in front of you and then step inside the hoop with your non-dominant foot. With your dominant foot kick the hoop up enough – so you can feel the hoop touching your back. Then, allow the hoop to fall from your back to legs and repeat.
We recommend performing this trick with Polypro hoops only.

★ hoop.tip: Don’t worry about the bruises between your legs! It happens to everyone in the beginning – your body will get used to the routine.
