In this trick the hoop travels from your legs to the hand in a fold movement. Great for On Body & Off Body Transitions.
With your dominant hand, hold the top of the hoop letting it touch the floor in the bottom. The hoop should be placed to your side & in the vertical plane. Then, step into the hoop with your dominant foot from the front of the hoop. Place your ankle underneath the hoop.
Push the hoop towards your belly button and lift the opposite leg so it won’t get in the way of the hoop movement. With the same hand, Rotate the hoop around your body until it’ll be placed in front of you.
All hoops are suitable for preforming this trick.
