Vertical Elbow Duck-in Duck-out

This trick looks pretty simple, but actually this is one of the hardest on-body tricks. We recommend mastering Neck Hooping and Reversed Elbow Hooping before trying this move.
The trick starts with vertical reversed elbow hooping, continues with the head Duck-in leading to vertical Neck hooping and finally goes to Vertical Elbow hooping on the other hand.
