We recommend starting out with Neck hooping bringing in one shoulder at a time. As you get more comfortable hooping around each of your shoulders separately try to get both of them in.
This trick looks pretty simple, but actually this is one of the hardest on-body tricks. We recommend mastering Neck Hooping and Reversed Elbow Hooping before trying this move.
Waist hooping is the very first trick you'll have to learn if you want to become a hooper. At First it seems hard, but once you get the motion you can't stop hooping!
