Shoulders hooping is one of the hardest on-body tricks. You’ll need to be really patient practicing this trick.

We recommend starting out with Neck hooping bringing in one shoulder at a time. As you get more comfortable hooping around each of your shoulders separately try to get both of them in.

If you still find it hard try spinning your body in the same direction of the hoop giving it an extra momentum.
