Pizza Toss is a Hula Hoop trick where you throw the hoop into the air the from waist hooping.
Start by waist hooping and then perform a Lift Up. Instead of going into a Lasso from the Lift Up, fully extend your hand upward. This allows the hoop to be tossed and spin above your head.
Ensure that as you release the hoop, your hand is positioned directly above your head and not turning any direction. This will let the hoop to be tossed in a straight line above you and make it’s way down in the same way ready for your catch.
